Palestine 'reconnaissance' op

*Janusz, SP9FIH*, will be active as *E44WE* from Bethlehem between May
16-30th.

He states that this is a 'reconnaissance' operation and his license is good
for a year -- with more operations to happen during the year.

Activity will only be on 17/10/6 meters using only 100 watts.
