Neste caso existe uma clamorosa diferença entre países do 1º Mundo, eles, e
nós, pais do 3º ou quiçá 4º Mundo.

" Em novembro de 2016, um grupo de 78 radioamadores tinha escrito ao
consultor do Ministério das Telecomunicações em Sanchar Bhavan alertando
sobre uma ameaça à segurança nacional representada por transmissões sem
fio, não identificadas, sendo ouvidas nas frequências de VHF usadas pelos
radioamadores. Na mesma carta, eles também chamaram a atenção do Ministério
e do Gabinete do Primeiro Ministro, do Gabinete da Administração Interna, e
dos três chefes de defesa para as vendas ilimitadas de equipamentos de VHF,
Rádios bidireccionais em UHF, aparelhos sem fios, walkie-talkies e base
Móveis de banda aberta. "

Em Portugal e ao contrario, os radioamadores foram e são considerados quase
que uma ameaça à segurança nacional.
