GPS Satnav jamming in Scotland

GPS Jamming is taking place in Scotland at Loch Ewe, Faraid Head &
Sennybridge, from March 27 until April 6

Ofcom reports the jamming will take place during daylight hours and
not at times of reduced visibility.

Location: N58° 36.16’, W004° 46.50’ (Faraid Head), N57° 51.89’, W005°
41.14’ (Loch Ewe), within 5km of N52° 00’ 53”, W003° 38’ 31”
(Sennybridge).

Additionally two low power GPS jammers will operate intermittently
from a RN platform operating in a box with the following points as
corners:
58 51N 5W, 58 51N 4.5W, 58 37.5N 5W, 58 34.5N 4.5W

Frequencies: 24 MHz bands centred around 1575.42 MHz and 1227.60 MHz.
