60 metre QSOs not valid

Francisco 'Siso' Hennessey, HK3W, ARRL DXCC Card Checker, reports the
following [edited]:

Operation on the 60 meter band is not allowed in Colombia (5J, 5K, HJ,
HK), as well as San Andrés Island (5J0, 5K0, HJ0, HK0). There's no
permit to use that band by any Ham Radio station transmitting from
Colombia or San Andrés. The Colombian Authorities have never issued
the permit to use that band.

There are few DX Bulletins announcing 60 meter band operations from
San Andrés, and it is forbidden by Colombian Law. Please take note
that if someone transmits on that band, it will be illegal and not
valid
