ARLA/CLUSTER: R17PRT - Team Portugal from the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup

Ao que tudo indica vai servir de " torre de controlo" para coordenar todas
as aeronaves que se encontrem em operação, podendo em caso de necessidade
interditar, desviar e criar corredores aéreos locais e regionais.

Por vezes nota-se, escutando as comunicações, um certo descontrole entre os
vários meios aéreos no local e antes que... infelizmente um Canadeir acaba
de cair.

Por outro lado a coordenação ar/terra/ar está a ser muito deficiente, aliás
como infelizmente é habitual nestas ocasiões.
