Scout ham radio around-the-world APRS balloon

An amateur radio balloon K2BSA-11 transmitting 144.390 MHz APRS will
launch from the 2017 National BSA Jamboree

The launch is planned for 1400 UT on July 20 and will be carried out
by Bill Brown WB8ELK, Keith Kaiser WA0TJT and other members of the
K2BSA Radio Scouting team from the Summit Bechtel Reserve, Scout
reservation in West Virginia.

It is hoped the balloon will circumnavigate the Earth.
