Western Sahara in CQ World-Wide

The Sahara Press Service (SPS) reports on the success of an amateur
radio station in Western Sahara (Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic) in
the 2015 CQ World-Wide contest

The article appears to have lost something in translation referring to
an "OS" call sign prefix. It is the "S0" prefix that has been used for
amateur radio call signs in the Western Sahara.

In the 2015 CQWW SSB contest raw scores the Western Sahara station S0S
was listed in first place in the "Single-Op Low 15 Meters" category.
