Android App for French ham radio exam

Jeremy F4HKA has developed an Android application to help those
wanting to prepare for the French amateur radio exam

The application is based on the PC Exam1 software originally developed
by René F5AXG and features questions on both Regulatory and Technical
parts of the exam.

The exam to get the French Full CEPT Class 1 licence comprises:
- Rules and Regulations 20 questions in 15 minutes
- Technical Theory 20 questions in 30 minutes
