IARUMS newsletter now available

The IARU Monitoring System newsletter reports the 'Sound of Hope' from
Taiwan and a Chinese jammer are active on 18080 kHz

IRIB Tehran on 7205 is again producing strong spurious emissions down
to 7195 kHz daily from 1920-1950 UT. The German PTT (BNetzA) sent an
official complaint in May 2016.
