Boa tarde,

Que fique claro, o uso dos painéis solares em si é uma forma de redução 
de poluição pela redução do consumo dos combustíveis fósseis.
O problema é a má qualidade da electrónica de alguns controladores que 
fazem a gestão das baterias e a ondulação para produzir os 230V para a 
rede eléctrica.
Este problema é um "dejavu" que já conhecíamos das fontes de alimentação 
comutadas, das lâmpadas CFL e LED e outros ... resumindo, fontes 
comutadas sem filtragem adequada.
