Its true the National FM network will be switched off, however
according to World Radio TV Handbook (WRTH) page 307 "Almost all local
FM stations have been granted an extension until 2022."

I thought there were concerns in Norway about the DAB coverage of the
country - time will tell.

Sweden and Finland are not keen on converting to DAB.
