Organizer: RCL-AMATEUR RADIO CLUB LOULÉ in order to promote amateur
radio, the competition is organized according to the following rules:

Time: 09:00 utc on 5 December at 24:00 utc on 11 December 2016.

Scope: all the world's stations in possession of an amateur and SWL
radio license.

Bands: HF 10, 20, 40, 80M and 2M in VHF segments recommended by IRAU.

Call: "CQ, CQ, DIPLOMA THIRTY SECOND ANNIVERSARY."

For the diploma each station must contact 3 three times with the
station CS2016RCL.

Only one contact per band and day. in 28MHz, 14MHz, 7MHz and 3.5 MHz -
Mode: SSB and 144MHz - Mode: FM or SSB

The diplomas will be sent in PDF.

Lists: The lists must be submitted indicating: name and surname,
contacted station, date, time. The logs with the data to be sent by
email or mail.

The last day for receipt of lists: December 30, 2016. to the diploma
manager CT1EEC  GMAIL.COM
