FSQCall V0.40 released

FSQCall V0.40 is now available for download at:

This version has Forward Error Corrected file transfer! It also has
newly revised Help files.

The error correction is handled by a Helper program, FSE V0.05. There
is a massive amount of technology in this program, which both encodes
and transmits, as well as receiving and decoding the messages. The
resulting files are guaranteed 100% perfect or are not delivered at
all.

The error correction is only available for file transfers, which is
really only where it's needed. The overhead involved in using error
correction is between 60% and 90% over a plain text file.
