Special VOA Radiogram for European Researchers' Night

VOA Radiogram will have have a special broadcast for European
Researchers' Night, Friday, 25 September, 1830-1900 UTC, on 17880 kHz.
This is in addition to the usual VOA Radiogram weekend schedule.

VOA Radiogram transmits text and images in MFSK32 and other modes on a
50-year-old analog shortwave broadcast transmitter in North Carolina.
