In September the Russian Over The Horizon (OTH) radar in Gorodezh
(near Nizhny Novgorod) was reported often causing strong interference
on 7 and 14 MHz

The OTH radar from Cyprus was active on 10 and 21 MHz and Chinese OTH
radars were reported causing interference to 3.5, 7 and 14 MHz.
