WRC 15 final press conference - webcast

The World Radiocommunication Conference 2015 (WRC 15), in session 2-27
November, closes on Friday. The Closing Press conference at 14:00 will
summarize the outcomes.

This will be in the form of a Webcast which looks as if it will be
publicly viewable live on-line.
