ARLA/CLUSTER: Lista de Repetidores Internacional no Google Maps

Boas.
Sentido fará, mais que não seja para os ajudar mas existem outros 
projetos similares e o colega Rui Oliveira já faz isso em termos 
nacionais, através da conversão do ficheiro do João Costa.
Basta ver o email enviado por ele há pouco tempo, logo a seguir à saída 
das listas.
Até pode haver interesse desses três colegas de fazer merge do ficheiro 
deles com o do Rui. É questão de o Rui ver se tem interesse e entrar em 
contacto com eles. É bem mais fácil que marcar um a um. Por acaso, estão 
ali dois na costa africana que ficaram com algum problema nas coordenadas :)
