2015 is the 800th anniversary of the Magna Carta, one of the most
important documents in the world.

Furness Amateur Radio Society in Cumbria has secured the call sign
GB8CMC, 8 Centuries Magna Carta, and will be on the air during June to
celebrate this great document.

The station will be active from 12th June until the 26 th June on the
HF bands using a high power station, so listen for and work this
unique station.
