RFinder - Now works with Facebook!

The RFinder team is pleased to announce a major update on Android and
iPhone. The next level of Social Repeater directory is now here!
By downloading the latest version of RFinder, now available in Google
Play, you get the new functionality... iPhone version is just waiting
for Apple to release it.

RFinder is now integrated with Facebook. Social settings can be found
in the RFinder Android’s app menu and in the Settings app
on iOS devices. Choose how to share your repeater checkins... in
RFinder, on APRS, and now on Facebook!

If you log in to Facebook from the app, your repeater check-ins will
be posted to your timeline! Your friends who follow you will now see
your check-ins on their newsfeed. If you choose to post to APRS, you
will show up on APRS and if you connect to an EchoLink node using the
integration with the EchoLink App, your posting on APRS will be both
local to you and local to the remote repeater! Others using RFinder
will see your check-ins in the app as well.



Search for a repeater you are currently monitoring. Touch the repeater
in the list and press check in, or touch the EchoLink node number to
connect with the EchoLink app. It’s that easy.

In the Settings screen, there are settings for automatic check-in
timeout and list update frequency, as well as choosing APRS and
Facebook.
