PR70FEB - Special Event Station

PR70FEB is the 3rd of 12 Special Event Station to celebrate 70 years
end of World War II that we will use in 2015.

Each month in 2015 we will activate a different callsign and also send
12 different QSLs.

For direct QSL please send U$ 1.00.

A special certificate will be sent in 2016 via email, to stations who
contact with at least 10 Special Event Stations, by mode (SSB, CW or
digital), or mixed (3 modes).
