Equivalências entre as recomendações da CEPT e as classes nos Estados
Unidos e Reino Unido, e categorias actuais em Portugal:

- CEPT T/R 61-01 (CEPT Radio Amateur Licence), baseada na Recomendação
de exame CEPT T/R 61-02 corresponde nos EUA à Extra Class e no Reino
Unido à Advanced/Full licence, em Portugal à categoria 1.

- ECC/REC/(05)06 (CEPT Novice Licence), baseada na Recomendação ERC
Report 32 corresponde nos EUA à General Class e no Reino Unido à
Intermediate licence, em Portugal à categoria 2.

- CEPT Entry Level Amateur Radio Licence, baseada na Recomendação ECC
Report 89 equivalente nos EUA à Tech Class, no Reino Unido à
Foundation Class, em Portugal à categoria 3.

Online Amateur Radio Foundation Training

Essex Ham will be starting their 10th online Foundation training
course on Friday, January 1

The Internet-based amateur radio course was launched in the Summer of
2015 and since then has had 168 enrollments.

The online Foundation course is supplemented by downloadable material,
videos and training slides, and much of the content is based on the
popular (and free) Foundation Training Slides, as used by several
clubs across the UK.

There's no charge for the course. It’s free to join, and you don’t
need to be a member of an amateur radio club to sign up.
