Kosovo becomes new IARU Member Society

Kosovo is admitted as an IARU Member Society.

Following a vote by all the Member Societies in IARU Regions 1, 2 and 3,
the *Kosovo Amateur Radio Association* (SHRAK) was admitted as a member
society in Region 1. Sixty-six member societies voted in favour with five
against and three abstentions.
