Ham radio activation of North Korea P5

The DARC report that just before Christmas, Polish radio amateur *Dom
Grzyb, 3Z9DX* will travel to North Korea to discuss his upcoming P5
activity

Dom has been authorized to operate in 3 bands, but he wants to concentrate
on 20 meters SSB. 3Z9DX will initially stop for 3-5 days in North Korea to
talk to the authorities about the planned DXpedition.

If all goes well operation may take place in January or February 2016.
