ARLA/CLUSTER: A world first FreeDV digital HF voice mode QSO Party weekend for September

The Amateur Radio Experimenters Group is organizing a world first
*FreeDV* digital
HF voice mode QSO Party weekend for September 12/13th 2015 using the
special event callsign *VK100ANZAC* courtesy of the WIA.

FreeDV digital voice is an open source codec/system developed by David Rowe
VK5DGR. The aim is to encourage as many people as possible to come and try
their hand at digital HF voice operation using FreeDV around the world.
