VERON: Drones do not belong in 13cm band

While saying they are delighted with the planned release of 5,350-5,450 GHz
the Dutch national society VERON express their concerns about drones using
the 13cm band

VERON has indicated they would like the government to find alternative
frequencies that are suitable for drones.
