involved in several DXpeditions to the disputed Scarborough Reef/Shoal near
the Philippines

Scarborough Reef, also known as Panatag Shoal or Bajo de Masinloc, is
located between the Macclesfield Bank and Luzon Island of the Philippines.
It is claimed by Governments in Manilla, Taipei and Beijing.
