Dear colleages,

Here is the operation plan for the *CR6PS* special call sign (
http://nra.pt/-fortaleza-de-sagres-_-cr6ps.html) in VHF on April 18th, 2015:

>From 09:00 to 10:00 UTC - 145,450 MHz FM. (1)
>From 10:00 to 11:00 UTC - 144,310 MHz USB. (2)
>From 11:00 to 12:00 UTC - 50,140 MHz USB. (3)
>From 12:00 to 13:00 UTC - (4)
>From 14:00 to 15:00 UTC - 145,500 MHz FM. (5)
>From 16:00 to 17:00 UTC - 144,310 MHz USB. (6)
>From 17:00 to 18:00 UTC - 50,140 MHz USB. (7)

(1) - Vertical polarization and about 150 W of output power.

(2) - Horizontal polarization and 200 W p.e.p output power. Favoring
azimuths between 300º and 120º (from the local point of view).

(3) - Horizontal polarization. In the absence of contacts during the first
20 minutes, the potential emission will be made using PSK-31 on the 80, 40,
20 or 15 m bands (stay tuned to the usual sources of information via the
Internet).

(4) - Possible emission in PSK-31 on the 80, 40, 20 or 15 m bands (stay
tuned to the usual sources of information via the Internet).

(5) - Vertical polarization and about 150 W of power. In the absence of
contacts during the first 20 minutes, the emission changes to 50.140 MHz
USB or PSK-31 on the 80, 40, 20 or 15 m bands (stay tuned to the usual
sources of information via the Internet).

(6) - Horizontal polarization and 200 W p.e.p output power. Favoring
azimuths between 90º and 300º (from the local point of view).

(7) - Horizontal polarization. In the absence of contacts during the first
20 minutes, the emission changes to PSK-31 on the 80, 40, 20 or 15 m bands
(stay tuned to the usual sources of information via the Internet).

For more details about the 6 metres propagation conditions, please take a
look at “The 6m DX-Desktop†in the UK Six Metre Group -
http://uksmg.org/desktop.php.

It is very important to note that the area between 50,100 – 50,130 MHz is
the DX window designated for CW and SSB. contacts between continents only,
such as Europe to South America or Europe to Africa. This area of the band
should NOT be used for making QSOs within Europe. The same comment is
particularly true of the DX calling frequency 50,110 MHz which should only
be used to establish contacts with stations in other continents before
moving away to another frequency.

Most Europe-wide CW and SSB activity will be conducted between 50,130 –
50,300 MHz although you should be aware that some countries (such as
France) do not have the same band allocations as in the UK.
