Acho eu, que aqui em Portugal deviam fazer o mesmo, aliás até "encaixavam"
mais receita, com a personalização!

Diga-se que fui fazer o exame já com o intuito de verificar a possibilidade
de ter um IC que não estava atribuido a ninguém!
Mas quando a menina me disse que era o sistema que criava aleatoriamente,
cairam as minhas expectativas!
Mas pagaria para ter um IC personalizado! Os 20 Euros para mim, eram
aceitáveis!
