Jamboree On The Air

Once again this year the *St George Amateur Radio Society* will be
operating an amateur radio station *VK2LE* at the largest Jamboree On The
Air event in Australia, over 1000 guides and scouts!

JOTA station VK2LE will be located in Bonna Point Reserve at picturesque
Kurnell, in southern Sydney.

Station setup will start at midday Friday the 17th, and operate under
canvas over Saturday the 18th and Sunday the 19th of October, with pack up
on Sunday afternoon.

In the area and interested in helping?

All equipment is provided as well as most meals and refreshments.
Just bring your skill as an amateur radio operator.

Previous experience at JOTA is not essential as seasoned JOTA operators
will be on hand to give you support.
