'Open Letter' criticizes European Commission for PLC standard EN 50561-1

The DARC report that radio amateur Karl Fischer DJ5IL, has complained
to the Vice-President of the European Commission and Commissioner for
Justice, Fundamental Rights and Citizenship, Viviane Reding about the
polluting powerline standard EN 50561-1

The letter is titled "European Commission promotes illegitimate
standard for disabled PLC technology".

In it he points out that the new standard produces 20,000 times more
RF noise pollution and endangers radio services.
