ARLA/CLUSTER: HF on the RTL2838U SDR Dongle

Sandeep Baruah VU2MUE has made a video of HF reception on his RTL-SDR
Dongle using a NooElec HF to VHF upconvertor

Tuning into the Short Wave Band using the US$10 Software Defined Radio
USB Dongle!!! My first attempt to tune into the HF ham band using a
RTL2838U Dongle. Listening to some Morse Codes on 14 MHz and also AM
Broadcast Band - Overseas Service of All India Radio! This is without
any fine tuning of the SDRsharp software with the NooElec Inc. [USA]
Up-converter.

Bought a new 15 feet "Bamboo Pole" and re-installed the 20m dipole to
test it. A great relief that NooElec "Ham It Up" Up-converter worked
at the first go without any problem!
