Moldova has joined CEPT licences

IARU Region 1 report that Moldova has signed up to the CEPT Novice and
Class 1 amateur radio licences

Moldova has joined T/R 61-01 CEPT Radio Amateur Licence, T/R 61-02
Harmonised Amateur Radio Examination Certificate and ECC/REC 05(06)
CEPT Novice Radio Amateur Licence. Prefix to be used is ER.

The CEPT Radio Amateur License Class 1 (T/R 61-01) corresponds to the
USA Extra and UK Advanced/Full licence.

The CEPT Novice Licence (ECC/REC/(05)06) corresponds to the USA
General and UK Intermediate licence.

There is also a CEPT entry licence, the equivalent of USA Tech and UK
Foundation but it appears Moldova is not joining that.
