CS2EUSEBIO is a special call sign to celebrate the legacy of soccer
player Eusebio da Silva Ferreira who passed away Sunday, January 5,
2014.

The REP-Rede dos Emissores Portugueses will be operating special event
stations from around Portugal using the call sign CS2EUSEBIO.

All Portuguese amateurs are invited to apply for time slots to operate
CS2EUSEBIO from their own shacks. QSLing is via the bureau.

CS2EUSEBIO is the Rede dos Emissores Portugueses Special Event Station
commemorating the life and recent passing of Eusébio da Silva
Ferreira, known to all simply as Eusebio - one of the greatest and
most charismatic footballers of the 20th century.

All Portuguese amateurs join the people of the world in mourning his
passing and celebrating his legacy.
