IARUMS - Russian OFDM on 7 MHz

The November issue of the IARU Monitoring System newsletter shows that
a Russian OFDM112 station operating in the amateur radio 7 MHz band
splattered over 23 kHz

Iran has also been reported operating in the amateur 7 MHz band, the
German PTT have filed a complaint.
