New ham radio promotional video

The Radio Amateur Society of Thailand (RAST) have released a new video
to explain and promote ham radio

In May 2012 Thailand had over 247,000 radio amateurs. There are three
tiers of licence - Basic, Intermediate and Advanced. The Basic Amateur
Radio Operator License is equivalent to the UK Foundation and permits
100 watts on 28 MHz and 60 watts on 144 MHz.
