David Harvey VK2DMH describes the 2008 movie Ham Flower about amateur
radio in Beijing

As reported on Southgate in February 2011 Ham Flower shows how radio
amateurs set up antennas, in both daytime and night, on the top of
20-30 storey tower blocks with coax running down the outside of the
block to the required apartment.

It is suggested you skip over the first 5 minutes of the video which
although creatively presented doesn't show much of the reality. A list
of the Amateur Radio call signs of those appearing in the video is
given at the end.
