ARLA/CLUSTER: Jovem irlandes com 14 anos obtem licença HAREC (categoria 1 em Portugal)

Caro colega
mesmo que acabe o período de "auscultação" tem que fazer exame para a 
categoria a seguir, se pretender falar alguma coisa com os seus 
equipamentos.

Certamente que o colega sabia, mas nunca será demais recordar.
