New Russian region to be activated

Operators Vasily RA1ZZ, Aleksandr RA3AV, Natalia R9OOO and Yuri UA9KW
will activate the last for the Russian's District Award Program (RDA:
YA-38 and very rare GRID LOC: PP57et) as homecall/0 between November
26th and December 3rd.

The QTH is Batagay-Alyta, a village in the north part of the republic of
Sakha, Yakutia.

Activity will be on 80-10 meters using CW and SSB.
