Typhoon: NZ radio ham on the air from Philippines

Radio amateur Lester Price DU5PO / ZL4PO has been reported as being on
the air using generator power, but running low on fuel

Lester has been living, since 2006, some 10 km from Borongan City in
the Eastern Samar province of the Philippines.

The recent typhoon, Haiyan, first struck the Philippines at Borongan
before progressing some 50 km to Tacloban, a city of some 200,000
people and one of the worst affected areas.
