This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

TANZANIA, 5H.  Carl, SM6CPY is QRV as 5H3CJ until November 12.
Activity is on the HF bands, with a preference for the higher bands,
using only CW.  QSL to home call.

SAMOA, 5W.  Hiro, JF1OCQ is QRV as 5W7X from Apia, IOTA OC-097,
until November 14.  Activity is on the HF bands and 6 meters using
CW and SSB.  QSL to home call.

NEPAL, 9N.  Toshi, JA8BMK is QRV as 9N7BM from Kathmandu and
Nagalkot until November 28.  Activity is holiday style on the HF
bands.  QSL to home call.

JUAN FERNANDEZ ISLANDS, CE0.  A large group of operators are QRV as
XR0ZR until November 20.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters, including
60 meters, using CW, SSB, RTTY and EME.  QSL via IV3DSH.
     
REUNION ISLAND, FR.  Stef, F5UOW is QRV as TO2R until November 17.
Activity is on 40 to 10 meters using mostly CW.  QSL to home call.
  
ST. VINCENT, J8.  Gerd, DL7VOG is QRV as J87GU from Union Island,
IOTA NA-025, until November 27.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters
using CW and RTTY and possibly SSB.  He will be active in the Worked
All Europe RTTY contest and the upcoming CQ World Wide DX CW
contest.  QSL to home call.
  
HAWAII, KH6.  Look for operators YT1AD, WD5COV and RZ3FW to be QRV
as KH6/N9YU, KH6/WD5COV and KH6/N7AFW, respectively, from November
13 to 15.  Activity will be on the HF bands.  QSL to home calls.

AMERICAN SAMOA, KH8.  A group of operators will be QRV using special
event call sign W8A from the Village of Vaitogi on the coast of
Tutuila Island, IOTA OC-045, from November 12 to 22.  Activity will
be on 160 to 10 meters using mainly CW with some SSB and RTTY.  QSL
via ZL3CW.
 
WAKE ISLAND, KH9.  Station K9W is QRV until November 15.  Activity
is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL via OQRS.

PUERTO RICO, KP4.  Special event station KP4AO will be QRV from the
control room of the Arecibo Observatory on November 10 to
commemorate the 50th anniversary of Radio Astronomy Science.
Activity will be on 20 meters using SSB.  QSL via operator's
instructions.

LUXEMBOURG, LX.  Helmut, DF7ZS will be QRV as LX7I in the Worked All
Europe RTTY contest.  QSL via operator's instructions.

NAMIBIA, V5.  Klaus, DJ4SO is QRV as V5/DJ4SO until early December.
Activity is on all HF bands, with the possible exception of 160 and
80 meters, using CW, RTTY, PSK and some SSB.  He may also be active
in the Worked All Europe RTTY contest and the upcoming CQ World Wide
DX CW contest.  QSL to home call.

VIET NAM, XV.  Special event station XV2V40J is QRV until November
24 in commemoration of the establishment of diplomatic relations
between Japan and Vietnam 40 years ago.  Activity is on all bands
and modes.  QSL via JF1HJZ.

INDONESIA, YB.  A group of operators will be QRV as YB8V from Banda
Besar Island, IOTA OC-157, from November 10 to 15.  Activity will be
on 40 to 10 meters using CW and SSB.  QSL via YB9AU.

TRISTAN da CUNHA and GOUGH ISLAND, ZD9.  Bani, ZS1BM is QRV as ZD9G
from Gough Island, IOTA AF-030, as a member of the 59th Winter Team
and is here until August 2014.  QSL via ZS1HF.
   
OPERATIONS APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  The following operations are
approved for DXCC Credit: Yemen, 7O2A, 2013 operation; Afghanistan,
T6SM, Operations beginning August 14, 2012 to current.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The Worked All Europe RTTY DX Contest,
10-10 International Fall Digital Contest, Japan International DX
Phone Contest, NCCC RTTY Sprint, QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC Sprint, SKCC
Weekend CW Sprintathon, OK/OM DX CW Contest, Kentucky QSO Party,
CQ-WE Contest and the EANET Sprint are all on tap for this upcoming
weekend.  The QRP CW Fox Hunt, RSGB 80-Meter Club SSB Sprint,
NAQCC-EU Monthly CW Sprint and CWops Mini-CWT CW Test are scheduled
for November 13.
