ARLA/CLUSTER: FCC aumenta 20 centimos nos " Vanity Call Sign " passando para $15, 20 por 10 anos

Se subirem 0.2$ por ano ainda vão levar uns quantos a atingirem o nível 
dos nossos 120EUR/ano por algo equivalente aos "Vanity Calls" que são os 
nossos ICOA ...

Relembrando, lá a validade é de 10 anos e custam 15USD (quer a FCC que 
passe a custar 15.2USD)

Esses tipos são uns atrasados ...
