T for 'Tragedy' callsign

The Federation of Radio Sport of Azerbaijan has announced that during the period of February 14th and March 5th, the Azerbaijanian HAMs are permitted to add the special addition of the letter 'T', which means 'Tragedy', to their callsigns.

For example: 4J7DL would change to 4JT7DL, or 4K3M to 4KT3M, etc...

The activity is to remember the 21st anniversary of one of the most horrific events of the 1990s, the"Khojaly Massacre", the biggest war crime in the area of the former USSR.

On behalf of a group of Azerbaijani-Americans and their friends throughout the nation and the world, on the eve of the 21st anniversary of this tragedy, they hereby call upon you to help them commemorating Khojaly Massacre and its victims with a Presidential proclamation and submit a petition to the White House.
