The latest newsletter reports that IARU Region 2 has modified its 40m
band plan to harmonize again with Region 1

IARU Region 2 first changed their 40m band plan to be similar to
Region 1 at a meeting in 2007 but in 2008 Region 1 changed their band
plan which in practice caused some problems for Region 1 operators
wishing to operate with Digimodes stations in Region 2.
