New RSGB website set to launch – Wednesday 17 May 2013

The Radio Society of Great Britain is pleased to announce that it will
be launching the new website on Wednesday.

The new site is the product of almost a year of work by a small team
led by Board Member Alan Messenger, G0TLK.

You will find a number of new features on the site, e.g;
■ An improved GB2RS News format
■ Extensive Operating information
■ Specific information and guidance for newcomers and beginners
■ Live SDR receiver
■ Live DX Cluster
■ Live solar conditions
■ On-line NoV applications for 472kHz and 5MHz

and there are many more planned for the coming months.
Please continue to use the current website address www.rsgb.org and
you will be automatically redirected to the new site.
The old website will remain in place for a short period to aid the
transition but will not be updated.

For RSGB members wishing to access member-only content, please
continue to login using your callsign (which can now be entered in
upper or lower case) and membership number.
One of the new features planned for later in the year is for members
to choose their own password.

If you experience any problems with the site please e-mail
newwebsite[at]rsgb.org.uk
