Increasing Interest in UK 5 MHz Operation

Following a recent enquiry, Ofcom has stated that there are currently
2,645 NoVs on issue for 5 MHz experimental operation in the UK.

This is an increase of nearly 300 on the number on issue just over six
months ago - 2,350.
