ARLA/CLUSTER: Dois novos membros para a IARU

IARU voting on two potential members

The Federation of Radio Sport of Azerbaijan FRSA and St Vincent and the Grenadine Amateur Radio Club SVGARC are proposed for International Amateur Radio Union membership.

The FRSA based in Baku has 50 members and SVGARC with 21 members, have made their proposals through IARU Region 2.

In the IARU Calendar, Secretary Rod Stafford W6ROD reports the pair declare they can satisfy the requirements of the IARU Constitution and Bylaws.

They have been put to the vote by all IARU member societies who have until November 1 to cast a ballot.

Meanwhile despite a request, no proof has been provided that the former PNGARS of Papua New Guinea and BARTS in Burma or Myanmar still exist and have been withdrawn from membership.
