ITU interview with Hans Zimmermann HB9AQS

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) have released this
interview with Hans Zimmermann HB9AQS, IARU International Coordinator
for Emergency Communications

The International Amateur Radio Union (IARU) is the worldwide
federation of national Amateur Radio organizations. Its membership
consists of more than 160 member-societies in as many countries and
separate territories. The IARU was founded at a meeting in Paris in
1925.

The IARU is recognized by the ITU as the representative of the
interests of the amateur and amateur-satellite services. The IARU is a
Sector Member of the ITU Radiocommunication and Development Sectors
and participates in the Study Groups of both Sectors. Its web site is
