ARLA/CLUSTER: RE:FCC define novas regras para os 5 MHz (60 metros

Caro colega João Costa, "não pensa de que...."
Há que tomar em consideração de que a alocação de frequências nos USA é
diferente da nossa
pois estamos em Regiões IARU diferentes, embora algumas coincidam com a
nossa alocação.

Por outro lado nós cá em Portugal só  podemos transmitir em 3
frequências e que só são atribuídas
para fins de experiências e por pouco tempo, eu por sinal sou um
detentor de uma autorização dessas
e tenho feito alguns contactos interessantes nessa banda (5 MHz) e no
final de cada período de testes
tenho de mandar um relatório à ANACOM a informar com quem falei, as
condições de emissão e recepção
condições de propagação na altura do contacto etc etc, isto não é uma
banda dos "five nine" e quem lá está
é com fins científicos ou de comunicações de emergência.
