A ham radio balloon BLT-32 carrying a PSK31 transmitter on 18.100 MHz
was due to be launched late Saturday.

As well as the 18.100 MHz PSK31 the balloon also carries two APRS
trackers, N0D and N0D-11.

N0D is an Open Tracker+ from Argentdata transmitting through a
HX1-144.390-10 transmitter module at 300 mW. It will transmit always
on 144.390 MHz.

N0D-11 is a PecanPico with a PecanTurbo amplifier running at about
200 mW. The Pecan transmitter is frequency agile and will transmit at
144.390 MHz while above US territory and it will switch to 144.800 MHz
in case we'll possibly get close to Europe.

See the track of the balloon by entering either N0D or N0D-11 into
the aprs.fi site, e,g.
