ARLA/CLUSTER: FITSAT-1 Optical Beacon video

Cloud over much of the UK prevented viewing of the FITSAT-1 optical
beacon on Thursday evening but a video of another test has been
released

The Toyama Astronomical Observatory in Japan managed to make this
video of the beacon.
